Services

My services include providing individual and group psychotherapy to adolescents (14+) and adults who need help managing life stress, peer pressure, transition and loss, relationship conflicts, and symptoms from depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders that impact daily functioning.  I also have extensive training in the clinical application of mindfulness, a little known mental asset that can significantly impact how one navigates through life.

As an adjunct to my private practice, I conduct mindfulness-based workshops for corporations, non-profit agencies, and schools for the purpose of helping individuals improve focus, attention, and the quality of work-life-school balance. Mindfulness trainings can be customized to a wide variety of needs and situations, and always provide complementary resources to support ongoing practice.
